WareSquared's dashboard provides at-a-glance metrics and customizable widgets to monitor your operations.
Available Widgets

Customizing Your Dashboard
- Go to Settings → Dashboard Widgets
- Toggle widgets on or off
- Drag to reorder
- Choose widget sizes: Small, Medium, or Large
- Click Save Layout
Use Reset to Defaults to restore the standard widget arrangement.
Role-Based Visibility
Some widgets require specific permissions:
- Inventory widgets — visible to users with product management access
- Revenue widgets — visible to admins and managers
- Customer widgets — visible to users with customer management access
Tip: Start with stat cards at the top for quick KPIs, then add trend charts below for deeper insights. The low stock widget is essential for proactive inventory management.
