Create Your First Product
Products are the foundation of WareSquared. Here's how to add your first one.
Step 1: Navigate to Products
Click Products in the top navigation bar, then click the + New Product button.
Step 2: Fill in Product Details

Step 3: Set Pricing
Under the Price Tiers section, you can set different prices for different customer types:
- Retail — Standard selling price
- Wholesale — Discounted price for bulk buyers
- Custom — Any custom tier you define
Step 4: Add Images
Drag and drop product images or click to upload. The first image becomes the primary display image.
Step 5: Save
Click Create Product to save. You'll be redirected to the product detail page where you can:
- Add variants (sizes, colors)
- Set reorder points
- Assign to a supplier
- View stock levels across warehouses
Tip: If you have many products, consider using the CSV Import feature instead. Go to Products → Import CSV to bulk-upload your entire catalog.
