Customizing Your Features

Choose What You Need

WareSquared lets you enable exactly the features your business needs. Instead of an all-or-nothing approach, you can toggle individual feature modules on or off from Settings > Features.

Available Feature Modules

How to Toggle Features

  1. Go to Settings > Features
  2. Toggle each feature module on or off
  3. Changes take effect immediately — your navigation updates to show or hide the feature

What Happens When You Turn Off a Feature?

Turning off a feature hides it from your navigation but never deletes your data. Your orders, inventory, locations, and all other records are preserved. You can re-enable any feature at any time and everything will be exactly as you left it.

Core Features (Always On)

These features are always available regardless of your plan:

  • Dashboard with key metrics
  • Products catalog with variants and custom fields
  • Customers database
  • Settings and team management

Tip: Start with just the features you need today. As your operations grow, enable additional modules one at a time. This keeps your workspace clean and focused.
