Download The WareSquared app is available for: iOS — App Store Android — Google Play Login Open the app Enter your Company ID (your subdomain, e.g., "htv-distro") Enter your Email and Password Tap Sign In Your credentials are the same as the web app. No separate account needed. Home Screen After login, you'll see the main navigation: Dashboard — Key metrics at a glance Orders — Create and view orders Products — Browse and search products WMS — Warehouse operations hub Trade Show — Quick sales mode (if enabled) Offline Mode The app works offline for core operations: View cached product data Create orders (synced when back online) Browse previous data When connectivity returns, the app automatically syncs pending changes. Mobile Order Creation Wizard
Creating Orders on Your Phone The mobile app includes a guided order creation wizard designed for on-the-go sales — whether you're at a trade show, visiting a customer, or in the warehouse. The Order Wizard The wizard walks you through order creation in three simple steps: Step 1: Select Customer Search your customer list or skip for a walk-in sale. The search matches by name, email, or company. You can also create a new customer on the spot. Step 2: Add Items Add products to the order: Search by name or SKU Scan barcode using your phone's camera for instant product lookup Set quantities — prices auto-fill from the applicable price tier Swipe to remove items Step 3: Review and Submit Review the complete order: Verify line items, quantities, and pricing See the order total Add optional notes Tap Submit Order to create Editing Existing Orders Open a draft order from the Orders list and tap Edit to load it back into the wizard for modifications. Offline Support Orders created without connectivity are queued locally and automatically synced when your connection returns. A "Pending Sync" badge indicates orders waiting to upload. Picking Orders with Your Phone Execute pick lists step-by-step with the mobile app guiding you through the warehouse. Getting Started Open the mobile app → WMS Hub → Pick Lists View your assigned pick lists Tap a pick list to see the items Tap Start Picking to begin Step-by-Step Picking The app guides you through each pick: Location Display — Shows where to go (e.g., "Aisle 2, Shelf B, Bin 3") Scan Location — Scan the location barcode to confirm Product Info — Shows product name, SKU, and image Scan Product — Scan to verify the correct item Enter Quantity — Input how many you picked Confirm — Move to the next item Handling Issues Item not found? Mark as "short pick" — the system records the shortage Wrong location? The app warns you if the scanned location doesn't match Damaged item? Mobile Receiving
Receiving Shipments on Mobile Use your phone to receive incoming inventory directly at the loading dock. Workflow Open the mobile app → WMS Hub → Receiving Start a new receiving session For each item in the shipment: Scan the barcode to identify the product Enter quantity received Select location where items will be stored (scan the location barcode) Enter lot number if lot tracking is enabled Tap Complete when all items are received Benefits of Mobile Receiving Hands-free — Scan instead of typing Real-time — Stock levels update immediately Accurate — Barcode verification prevents data entry errors Location-aware — Items are immediately assigned to specific bins Handling Discrepancies If the shipment doesn't match what was expected: Enter the actual quantity received (not the expected quantity) Note any damages or shortages The system records the discrepancy for follow-up with the supplier Tip: Pair mobile receiving with incoming shipment tracking. When you have a shipment record, the app can pre-populate expected items, making receiving even faster.
Mobile Transfers
Transferring Stock on Mobile Move inventory between warehouses or locations using your phone. Starting a Transfer Open the mobile app → WMS Hub → Transfers View pending transfers or create a new one Select source and destination warehouses Add items to transfer Executing a Transfer For each item: Scan the product at the source location Confirm quantity being moved Scan destination location (if transferring within a warehouse) Mark as Transferred Completing After all items are moved: Review the transfer summary Tap Complete Transfer Stock levels update at both warehouses immediately Tip: For regular restocking runs (warehouse → retail store), create the transfer on the web app first, then use the mobile app to execute it while physically moving the inventory.
Trade Show Mode on Mobile
Using Trade Show Mode The Trade Show mode transforms your phone into a mobile POS for in-person sales at events. Accessing Trade Show Mode Tap the Trade Show tab in the bottom navigation. This opens a streamlined selling interface designed for speed. Making a Sale Scan or search for products to add to the cart Set quantities for each item Select or create a customer (for follow-up orders) Process payment — use a stored card or capture a new one Complete the sale Card on File At trade shows, you can save a customer's payment method: During checkout, toggle Save for future purchases The card is securely tokenized through your payment gateway Next time this customer orders, select their saved payment method After the Show All trade show sales are tagged with the "Trade Show" order type: Filter orders by type to see all event sales Generate reports on trade show revenue Follow up with customers who expressed interest Tip: Before heading to a trade show, make sure your product catalog and pricing are up to date, your payment gateway is configured, and you've tested the mobile app on your device.
