Transferring Stock on Mobile

Move inventory between warehouses or locations using your phone.

Starting a Transfer

1. Open the mobile app → WMS Hub → Transfers
2. View pending transfers or create a new one
3. Select source and destination warehouses
4. Add items to transfer

Executing a Transfer

For each item:

1. Scan the product at the source location
2. Confirm quantity being moved
3. Scan destination location (if transferring within a warehouse)
4. Mark as Transferred

Completing

After all items are moved:

1. Review the transfer summary
2. Tap Complete Transfer
3. Stock levels update at both warehouses immediately

Tip: For regular restocking runs (warehouse → retail store), create the transfer on the web app first, then use the mobile app to execute it while physically moving the inventory.
