What This Feature Does
The AI-Powered Features include two primary components: Smart Invoice Upload and Smart Updates. Smart Invoice Upload allows you to upload PDFs or images of supplier invoices and receipts. The system automatically extracts key data, including product names, quantities, and prices, and matches them against your existing product catalog. Smart Updates, on the other hand, monitors your inventory levels and suggests intelligent updates, such as restocking recommendations or product categorization improvements.

Using Smart Invoice Upload is as simple as dragging and dropping your files into the upload area. The system processes the documents in the background and presents a review screen where you can confirm the extracted data before it's committed to your records. Smart Updates appear as suggestions on your dashboard or in the inventory management view, allowing you to review and execute them with a single click.
