As your company grows, so does your team. Effective delegation requires a system that can handle different levels of responsibility without compromising security or operational efficiency. As of February 11, 2026, we've implemented a robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system that ensures every team member sees exactly what they need—nothing more, nothing less.
What This Feature Does
Our User Management system features a four-tier role hierarchy: Owner, Admin, Manager, and Sales Rep. Each role comes with granular permissions that govern access to billing, settings, product management, customer CRM, order fulfillment, and support tickets. Owners and Admins have full management capabilities, while Managers can oversee operations, and Sales Reps are focused on their assigned customers and orders.

Why It Matters
Data security and operational focus are paramount. By restricting access to sensitive information like billing and global settings to only Owners and Admins, you protect your business's core. By scoping Sales Reps' views to only their assigned customers and orders, you reduce interface clutter and help them stay focused on their specific targets and relationships. This hierarchy allows you to scale your team with confidence, knowing that permissions are automatically handled based on the assigned role.
Who Can Use This Feature
User management is available across all plans, although the maximum number of users varies by tier. Owners and Admins can manage the team at /users, while all users can manage their own personal profiles at /profile.
How It Works
When inviting a new team member, you select their role from the four available tiers. The system automatically applies the corresponding permission set. Our assignment-based scoping means that when a Sales Rep logs in, their dashboard and lists are automatically filtered to show only the records they are responsible for. Managers, Admins, and Owners can see everything, providing the oversight needed for effective team leadership.
